Alnwick Guest House - Tariff & Booking Conditions

Room rates are based on two persons sharing a double or twin bedded room including full English breakfast. A minimum two night stay is required at weekends, Bank Holidays and for all bookings from 1st May to 31st October.

However, there may be occasions when single nights may be available. Please telephone to enquire.

* per person per night. I do not have a dedicated single room available. Single tariff is from £25.50 - £50.00 per night in a double room, subject to availability!

Deposit

A non-returnable deposit of £30 per room is required within 5 days of booking. No reservation will be deemed as being made until the deposit has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you and will act as a receipt.

Cancellation of Booking

In the event of any cancellation within 48hrs, all costs in relation to the booking will be payable in full. However, I will endeavor to re-let the room(s) and if successful you wont be liable to pay the remaining balance. You are strongly advised to have adequate travel insurance cover in place to cover all eventualities. Please contact me for details if required..

Payment of Account

Payment is by cheque, Travelers Cheque, Sterling cash or Euros. I regret that I do not have credit card facilities at home only via Online Booking. All cheques should be made payable to Tate House B & B.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building. Notices are in place and failure to adhere will result in prosecution as stated by Law and a £100 cleaning charge.
